So I found a free host and built a website. You can check it out here http://thehangoutplace.zymichost.com

Not sure if I will keep it though. Lets see how it goes.

I had to remove the site because the info for database disappeared on the hosts server. I had no backup because I had just made the site. There were some other issues as well such as the website could not send emails because of the hosts restrictions. Because of this, members would not be able to use any email features like when new PM's arrive, tracking threads, etc. Not having working emails on a site also presented security risks as well because I could not use the email verification system when someone registers. Furthermore, I was not able to install packages (plug-ins) using the sites package installer because of the hosts restrictions. I could not even manually install them either getting a "you do not have permission for this action".

So, with all the restrictions and the database info disappearing I decided to just not use there service. I suppose it is a good service if you just want to use a html site.

At 1st it was really slow. The 1st site I was building I had an issue with. I was uploading some important files and the ftp keeped hanging up on me. I managed to eventually get all the files I needed uploaded but the site was not working right. So I had to start over. After completing the 2nd site the site was so slow I could barley get any work done it. Over a little time it seems to work much better now. Sometimes it does get a bit slow but not near as bad as it was at 1st. So we will see. :)

The site is here http://www.thehangoutplace.hostpo.net/index.php

If you decide to register I will make you an admin so you have the same access Ton & I do. :)

Hmmm that is weird. Of course you know I did not add anything to the site. I wonder what the issue is. Maybe it is the news feeds I have on the front page or something.

Rest assure it is safe. :)

It is some script in your site, but at least I cannot visit because of Anti Virus is blocking your site.

There was some ad script in GS that made that kind of notices with IE only (as in FF script was commented out as it was supposed to be).

It must be the news feeds I added. Or it could be the flash clock I added. Those are the only two things it could be. Those two scripts are supported off site. :(

At a job I had a while back ago I could not visit GS because of the store on the site. I was blocked.
